Shipping Policy & Charges

At BeingMuslims, we ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders across India. Please review our updated shipping terms below:

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders above Rs. 1000.
  • Flat Shipping Rate: Rs. 99 for orders below Rs. 1000.
  • COD Charges: Additional Rs. 60 per COD order.

Return & Refund Policy

A) Hijabs & Prayer Essentials

For Both Prepaid & COD Orders:

Cancellation:

  • Cancellation allowed only before the order is shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

Return & Refund:

  • Only Exchange Available. No Return or Refund unless the product is defective.
  • Exchange request must be raised within 2 working days of delivery.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless product is defective.
  • COD charge of Rs. 60 is non-refundable.
  • Both-side return shipping cost to be borne by the customer unless product is defective.
  • Customer must share clear photo/video on WhatsApp for approval.
  • In case of a confirmed defect, refund will be issued within 3 working days after receiving the product back.

B) Abayas, Kaftans, Coord Sets, Dresses & Outerwear

1) For Prepaid Orders

Cancellation:
  • Free cancellation until the order is shipped.
  • After dispatch, if cancelled, shipping + return shipping charges will be deducted.
Return & Refund:
  • Return, Exchange & Refund are available.
  • Request must be raised within 3 working days after delivery.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless product is defective.
  • Both-side shipping cost to be borne by customer unless defective.
  • Photo/video must be shared for verification.
  • Refund will be issued within 3 working days after receiving the product back.

2) For COD Orders

Cancellation:
  • Free cancellation until the order is shipped.
  • After dispatch, if cancelled, shipping + return shipping charges will be deducted.
Return & Refund:
  • Only Exchange Available. Return or Refund is NOT available for COD orders.
  • Exchange request must be raised within 3 working days after delivery.
  • Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable unless product is defective.
  • Both-side shipping cost to be borne by customer unless defective.
  • Photo/video must be shared for approval.
  • Refund (only for defective COD cases) issued within 3 working days after receiving the product back.
